Pricing FAQs

Do you require a contract?

No long-term contracts. Break-fix is pay-as-you-go. Monthly retainers are month-to-month — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The hourly rate is the hourly rate. Hardware is itemized separately at cost. Out-of-area travel is disclosed upfront and billed at IRS mileage rates ($0.67/mile).

Can I save money by paying annually?

Yes. The Founding 25 plan locks in an effective $75/hr rate — saving up to 40% vs. standard break-fix. Annual retainer clients who prepay a large block of hours qualify for further discounts. Contact us for a custom quote.
