What's your response time?
Same business day, always — a real answer or an ETA, not necessarily a same-day fix. Retainer clients get priority scheduling. If something's on fire, call (605) 923-8799. Overnight and weekend: emergencies by phone, everything else next business day.
Do you offer on-site service?
Yes, for clients in the Rapid City area. I also offer remote support for issues that don't require physical presence, which often resolves problems faster.
Can I get support outside of Rapid City?
Absolutely. I provide remote support nationwide. Many IT issues can be resolved remotely, and I can coordinate with local technicians for hands-on work if needed.
What if I need more hours than my retainer includes?
No problem. Additional hours for retainer clients are billed at a discounted rate, lower than the standard hourly. You'll always know the number before exceeding your included hours.
Do you work with Macs?
Yes! I support both Mac and Windows environments. Many of my clients use Mac-based setups, and I know Apple's ecosystem well.
Do I need to be technical to use AI?
Not at all. If you can type an email, you can use Claude. I handle the technical setup and show your staff exactly how to use it for their specific work — drafting emails, summarizing documents, brainstorming ideas, whatever saves them time.
